Michelle McNeill has been solving people problems and human resource issues for companies in different industries for over a decade. She’s been navigating those everyday business situations like employee retention concerns, developing policies, finding the right talent, and so much more. She has been a leader through multiple mergers and acquisitions as well as division closures that required retaining key staff until the end.
FUN FACTS:
She’s also taken some time to do an RV tour the United States with her hubby and their Instagram celebrity cat, Soliloquy. Yep, eight states, six months with an adventurous cat at the helm (though not at the wheel!) Check out @Soliloquykitty on Instagram if you love kitties that have some things to say.
